Delivering as expected requires:-

• a very explicit plan of delivery with absolute clarity of what is expected to happen at a reasonably detailed level
• performance data that reports the delivery
• leading indicator performance data that reports how well we will deliver in-flight and future work
• evidence that the business is operating in the way it is expected it to operate

Changing the delivery capability requires:-



• an understanding of the demand on the business, both current and future
• current capability data
• a clear change plan, driven by outcomes
• performance data that evidences the change will be delivered and is delivering
